Common use of Loss of Charter Clause in Contracts

Loss of Charter. This Agreement may be terminated by IPS immediately upon the termination, revocation, expiration without renewal, or loss of the Charter. For purposes of this Section 17.02(e), a “revocation” of the Charter shall occur on the date that the authorizer notifies Organizer that the Charter has been revoked.
