Loss of Interest-Free Benefit. The Producer shall lose the Interest-free benefit referred to in subclause 4.1.1 above and shall be required to pay Interest on all portions of the Advance which would otherwise be Interest-free after the date the Producer is in Default.

  • PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA when Medi-Cal or any other agency is billed for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or the ISA to LEA pupils.
