Common use of Loss of Power Clause in Contracts

Loss of Power. RagingWire shall not be liable for any failure or delay in its performance, including a Service Outage, under this Agreement due to the loss of power to any Data Center resulting from the unauthorized activation, or the required periodic testing pursuant to State or local laws or regulations, of any of the Emergency Power Off ("EPO") switches.
