Loss of Program Funding. The Union recognizes the fact that Haisla Nation Council is predominately funded by the federal government. The Union further acknowledges and agrees that should funding be eliminated or decreased in whole or in part, the Employer shall have no recourse but to reduce, change or cease operations accordingly. Layoffs or changes will be done in accordance with this collective agreement.
