Common use of Loss of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Loss of Warrant. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity or security reasonably satisfactory to the Company, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company shall execute and deliver a new Warrant of like tenor and date.

Loss of Warrant. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, or destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity or security reasonably indemnification satisfactory to the Companyit, and or upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company shall will execute and deliver a new Warrant warrant of like tenor and datetenor.

Loss of Warrant. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, or destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity or security reasonably indemnification satisfactory to the Companyit, and or upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company shall will execute and deliver a new Warrant of like tenor and datetenor.

Any such new Warrant shall have an issuance date, as indicated on the face of such new Warrant, which is the same as the Issue Date.

Upon receipt by In case this Warrant shall be mutilated, lost, stolen, or destroyed, the Company may issue a new warrant of evidence of like tenor and denomination and deliver the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, same (a) in exchange and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity or security reasonably satisfactory to the Company, substitution for and upon surrender and cancellation of this any mutilated Warrant, if mutilatedor (b) in lieu of any Warrant lost, stolen, or destroyed, upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company shall execute of the loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant (including a reasonably detailed affidavit with respect to the circumstances of any loss, theft, or destruction) and deliver a new Warrant of like tenor and dateindemnity satisfactory to the Company.
