Loss or Theft of PTP Tools. In case a PTP Tool is lost or stolen, the Customer will be charged 50 % of the list price applicable at the time the loss or theft is reported to Hilti. If the PTP Tool is later received by Hilti for any reason, Hilti will keep the PTP Tool and will not reimburse this payment.
