Common use of Loss or Threatened Loss of Customer or Supplier Clause in Contracts

Loss or Threatened Loss of Customer or Supplier. Other than as set forth on Schedule 4.14, prior to the Closing, Seller shall promptly notify Buyer in the event of a loss or threatened loss of any material supplier, customer or affiliate of Seller, and shall cause employees of Seller to be made available to call upon such customer, supplier or affiliate, together with Buyer to assist Buyer in regaining or retaining such customer, supplier or affiliate.
