Common use of Loss Survey Clause in Contracts

Loss Survey. All policies of insurance required to be maintained pursuant to this Exhibit C, wherein more than one insurer provides the coverage on any single policy, shall have a clause (or a separate agreement among the insurers) wherein all insurers have agreed upon the employment of a single firm to survey and investigate all losses on behalf of the insurers.
