LOSSES, GIFTS AND SPECIAL PAYMENTS. 21.1 The Grant Recipient must obtain prior written consent from the TSA before: 21.1.1 writing off any debts or liabilities; 21.1.2 offering to make any Special Payments; and 21.1.3 giving any gifts in connection with this Grant Funding Agreement. 21.2 The Grant Recipient will keep a record of all gifts, both given and received, in connection with the Grant or any Funded Activities.
