LOST AND STOLEN AND FAULT REPORTING. 6.1 We will provide a seven days a week lost and stolen reporting service. You should notify our customer service team for this. 6.2 We will provide a fault reporting service via our help desk during Business Hours. 6.3 We are responsible for correcting faults in the Mobile Service. You must provide all necessary assistance to enable us to locate and repair any fault which is our responsibility. 6.4 We are not responsible for any fault which is within the network of a Supplier. We will notify that Supplier of the fault and request that the fault be corrected promptly
