Lost Receipts. In case any Receipt shall be mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen, the Depositary shall execute and deliver a new Receipt of like tenor in exchange and substitution for such mutilated Receipt upon cancellation thereof, or in lieu of and in substitution for such destroyed, lost or stolen Receipt. Before the Depositary shall execute and deliver a new Receipt in substitution for a destroyed, lost or stolen Receipt, the Owner thereof shall have (a) filed with the Depositary (i) a request for such execution and delivery before the Depositary has notice that the Receipt has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser and (ii) a sufficient indemnity bond and (b) satisfied any other reasonable requirements imposed by the Depositary.
Lost Receipts. If an employee loses a receipt for airline tickets, hotel charges or rental cars, the vendor can usually provide detailed copies of receipts. For expenses paid in cash or lost receipts, a letter from the employee's supervisor authorizing payment without receipt must be attached to the expense report.
Lost Receipts etc. In case any Receipt shall be mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen, the Depositary in its discretion may execute and deliver a Receipt of like form and tenor in exchange and substitution for such mutilated Receipt, or in lieu of and in substitution for such destroyed, lost or stolen Receipt, upon (i) the filing by the holder thereof with the Depositary of evidence satisfactory to the Depositary of such destruction or loss or theft of such Receipt, or the authenticity thereof and of his or her ownership thereof and (ii) the furnishing to the Depositary of reasonable indemnification satisfactory to it.

Lost Receipts. If any Depositary Receipt is mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen, the Depositary shall execute and deliver a Receipt bearing a previously unassigned number of like form and tenor in exchange and substitution for the mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Receipt; provided that the Depositary shall require the Record Holder of the Receipt to file with the Depositary, in a form and manner satisfactory to the Depositary, an affidavit regarding the mutilation, destruction, loss or theft, and of his ownership of the Receipt, and to furnish to the Depositary reasonable indemnification (including posting indemnity bond for the benefit of the Depositary and the Issuer) satisfactory to the Depositary and the Issuer.
