LOTUS SOFTWARE AGREEMENT. The Lotus Product sold and distributed by NetObjects under this Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable standard Lotus License Agreement, copies of which will be provided to NetObjects upon request. All end user licenses shall be between Lotus and the end users.
