Lower case terms. The following lower-case terms used but not defined in this DPA, such as ‘controller’, ‘data subject’, ‘personal data’, ‘personal data breach’, ‘processor’ and ‘processing’ will have the same meaning as set forth in Article 4 of the GDPR, or where not specifically defined under Data Protection Laws, the same meaning as analogous terms in those Data Protection Laws.
