Lucent; the Lucent Agreement. (a) Ford acknowledges that CD Radio has entered into the Lucent Agreement for the purpose of developing and producing Chip Sets for, among other applications, incorporation into CD Radio Receivers. Ford agrees that it will honor the exclusivity provisions contained in the Lucent Agreement (Section 6.0 of Part I of the Lucent Agreement) and will cause each of its suppliers and subcontractors which manufacture CD Radio Receivers for Ford, to honor such exclusivity provision in favor of Lucent.
