Lumentum Reservation Of Rights. Lumentum shall retain all rights in and to the Transferred Trademarks and all other Lumentum Marks, including without limitation: (a) all rights of ownership in and to the Transferred Trademarks; (b) the right to use (including the right of any member of the Lumentum Group to use) the Transferred Trademarks, either alone or in combination with other Marks, in connection with the marketing, offer or provision of any products or services; and (c) the right to license Third Parties to use the Transferred Trademarks.
