Lump sum Extra. Work Costs also shall include a reasonable, negotiated markup for Contractor indirect costs, overhead and profit and Developer indirect costs and overhead. The negotiated lump sum shall not include any home office overhead of Developer or its Contractors or any markup on Contractor or Developer direct or indirect costs for Developer profit. Such indirect costs shall exclude cost of funds (whether debt or equity), and Lender charges, damages and penalties, which are not allowable as Extra Work Costs.
