Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility. Employees covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:
1. Employees who are scheduled to work at least eighty (80) hours per pay period for a period of nine (9) months or more in any twelve (12) consecutive months.
2. Employees who are scheduled to work at least sixty (60) hours per pay period for twelve
Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility. The following ASF Members covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution:
a. An ASF Member who is employed for at least seventy-five (75) percent of nine (9) month or more appointment as defined in Article 11, Workload.
b. A probationary ASF Member hired during a fiscal year for at least seventy- five (75) percent time or greater.
c. An ASF Member hired on a fixed term or externally funded appointment during a fiscal year at seventy-five (75) percent time or greater should also be eligible if the president expects the appointment to continue beyond the current fiscal year at seventy-five (75) percent time or greater.
Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility. Supervisors covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:
1. Supervisors who are scheduled to work at least eighty (80) hours per pay period for a period of nine (9) months or more in any twelve (12) consecutive months.
2. Supervisors who are scheduled to work at least sixty (60) hours per pay period for twelve (12) consecutive months, but excluding part-time or seasonal supervisors serving on less than a seventy-five (75) percent basis.

1. Nurses who are scheduled to work at least eighty (80) hours per pay period for a period of nine (9) months or more in any twelve (12) consecutive months.
2. Nurses who are scheduled to work at least sixty (60) hours per pay period for twelve (12) consecutive months, but excluding part-time or seasonal nurses serving on less than a seventy-five (75) percent basis.
Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility. Faculty members covered by this Agreement and appointed for at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the full-time work assignment load for a regular academic year receive the full Employer Contribution. The seventy-five percent (75%) minimum requirement can be satisfied by: (1) a one hundred sixty-eight (168) duty-day contract at seventy-five percent (75%) load; (2) a contract for seventy-five percent (75%) of the 168 duty days at full load; (3) some equivalent combination.

2. Teachers who are scheduled to work at least sixty (60) hours per pay period for twelve (12) consecutive months, but excluding part-time or seasonal teachers serving on less than a seventy-five (75) percent basis.
3. Teachers of the Xxxxxxx Center for Arts Education, the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf and the Minnesota State Academy for the Blind who work at least three-quarter (3/4) time for the nine month academic year.
Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility. The following nurses covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution:
1. Nurses who are scheduled to work at least forty (40) hours weekly for a period of nine (9) months or more in any twelve (12) consecutive months.
2. Nurses who are scheduled to work at least sixty (60) hours per pay period for twelve (12) consecutive months, but excluding part-time or seasonal nurses serving on less than a seventy-five (75) percent basis.
3. Part-time unlimited nurses anticipated to work at least sixty (60) hours per pay period in insurance eligible positions for three (3) months or who have worked at least sixty (60) hours per pay period in insurance eligible positions for three (3) months and who are anticipated to continue to work at that level in insurance eligible positions. If the nurse does not continue to meet this standard, the nurse’s insurance eligibility status shall be changed to the appropriate level. This language supersedes any DHS supplemental language in which hours worked under the Part-Time Hours Procedure do not count toward insurance eligibility status.
