Common use of Lump Sum Fee Clause in Contracts

Lump Sum Fee. When used in this Contract, this term means that Contractors’ total remuneration shall be a fixed lump sum including all Personnel costs, Subcontractors’ costs, printing, communications, travel, accommodation, and the like, and all other costs incurred by the Contractors in providing the Services described in Annex A.
