Notification of Change. The Cardholder shall promptly notify AEON Credit in writing, via e-mail or phone call of any change in his employment or business, address (office or residential) or telephone number(s) or if the Cardholder intends to be absent from Malaysia for more than Thirty (30) days. Notification of change(s) may be made by completing the “Change of Personal Details” form online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx, by email to xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx, by calling AEON Credit Customer Care Centre at 00-0000 0000 or by writing in to AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad, Level 18, UOA Corporate Tower, Avenue 00, Xxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx, Xx. 0 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, 00000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx.
Notification of Change. The Union shall be notified in advance when possible of any extended change in the present working schedule; however, the provisions of this Contract shall not be considered as a guarantee by the Company of a minimum number of hours per day or per week or pay in lieu thereof, nor a limitation on the maximum hours per day or per week which may be required to meet operating conditions.

Notification of Change. 11.1 For the purpose of the main body of this Agreement, the information of any material change of which is to be notified by WLSL to the Client includes the Margin Facility Terms and the arrangements under Clauses 2 and 3 of this Schedule II.

Any employee who enrolls in a District-provided benefit, including but not limited to health insurance and dental insurance, shall notify the Business Office of any change in the status of the employee or his/her dependent within thirty (30) days of the event (e.g. birth, death, divorce, dependent child reaching age of majority, etc.) Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action and reimbursement to the District for benefits improperly paid.
Notification of Change. (a) Where the employer has made a definite decision to introduce major changes in production, programme, organisation, structure or technology that are likely to have significant effects on employees, the employer shall notify the employees who may be affected by the proposed changes and the Union.
(b) For the purpose of this clause "significant effects" include termination of employment; major changes in the composition, operation or size of the employer's workforce or in the skills required; elimination or diminution of job opportunities, promotion opportunities or job tenure; the alteration of hours of work; the need for retraining or transfer of employees to other work or locations and restructuring of jobs. Provided that where this Agreement or any other Award or Agreement makes provision for alteration of any of the matters referred to in this clause an alteration shall be deemed not to have significant effect.
(a) The employer shall discuss with the employees affected and the Union, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in subclause 34.1 of this clause, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the Union, in relation to the changes.
(b) The discussion shall commence as early as practicable after a firm decision has been made by the employer to make the changes referred to in subclause 34.1 of this clause, unless by prior arrangement, the Union is represented on the body formulating recommendations for change to be considered by the employer.
(c) For the purposes of such discussion the employer shall provide to the employees concerned and the Union, all relevant information about the changes including the nature of the changes proposed, the expected effects of the changes on employees and any other matters likely to affect employees. Provided that the employer shall not be required to disclose confidential information, the disclosure of which would be inimical to the employer's interest.
Notification of Change. Cliq shall provide CLIENT all information, as required by the Rules, with respect to each Notification of Change (NOC) Entry or Corrected Notification of Change (Corrected NOC) Entry received by Cliq relating to Entries transmitted by CLIENT. CLIENT shall ensure that changes requested by the NOC or Corrected NOC are made within six (6) banking days of CLIENT’s receipt of the NOC information from Cliq or prior to initiating another Entry to the Receiver's account, whichever is later.
