LUNCH AND DINNER Clause Samples

The "LUNCH AND DINNER" clause defines the terms and conditions under which meals, specifically lunch and dinner, are provided or reimbursed within the context of an agreement. This clause typically outlines who is eligible for meal coverage, the types of expenses that are included, and any limits or procedures for claiming meal costs, such as per diem rates or required receipts. Its core function is to set clear expectations and boundaries regarding meal-related expenses, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring consistent treatment of meal provisions during the contractual relationship.
