Lunch Period, Elementary. All elementary teachers shall be guaranteed a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of forty (40) minutes per day. In the event a teacher has not had a forty- (40-) minute lunch period, he/she shall be excused immediately after school by the principal. Teachers are not required to stay in the building during their lunch period.
