Luxembourg Publications. In the event of the publication of any notice pursuant to Section 5.11, 6.10(a), 6.11, 8.2, 10.4, 12.2 or 12.5 or Section 310(b) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, the party making such publication in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York and London shall also, to the extent that notice is required to be given to Holders of Securities of any series by applicable Luxembourg law or stock exchange regulation, as evidenced by an Officers' Certificate delivered to such party, make a similar publication in Luxembourg.
