Mutual Agreements No Nurse shall be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement with the Employer, its representatives or immediate management supervisors, which is contrary to the terms of this Collective Agreement. CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT This Invitation for Bids shall be included and incorporated in the final contract or purchase order. Any and all legal actions associated with this Invitation for Bids and/or the resultant contract (purchase order) shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any litigation involving this contract shall be the Ninth Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida.
Individual Agreement The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with the employees covered by this Agreement individually or collectively which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
MUTUAL AGREEMENT PROCEDURE 1. Where difficulties or doubts arise between the Contracting Parties regarding the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement, the respective competent authorities shall endeavour to resolve the matter by mutual agreement. 2. In addition to the agreements referred to in paragraph 1, the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties may mutually agree on the procedures to be used under Articles 5 and 6. 3. The competent authorities of the Contracting Parties may communicate with each other directly for purposes of reaching agreement under this Article.
Termination by Mutual Agreement This Contract may be terminated by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
Individual Agreements 15.01 No employee or group of employees covered by this Agreement will enter into any contract or agreement with the Employer concerning wages or working conditions that will in any way conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT This Agreement provides authority in addition to those vested by RCW 28A.310.200 and RCW 28A.320.080, is be deemed to be in satisfaction of the provisions of RCW 39.34, and is deemed a contract pursuant to RCW 39.34.080
Formal Agreement If the above Agreement and relating exhibits thereto are acceptable, would you please execute the acceptance and acknowledgment hereinafter provided, upon which this letter will become a binding agreement between us.
