Common use of Machinery and Equipment Purchased by the Tenant Clause in Contracts

Machinery and Equipment Purchased by the Tenant. If no part of the purchase price of an item of machinery, equipment or personal property is paid from Original Proceeds deposited in the Project Fund pursuant to the terms of this Project Lease, then such item of machinery, equipment or personal property will not be considered a part of the Project.
