Common use of Made Available Clause in Contracts

Made Available. Any reference in this Agreement to “made available” means a document or other item of information that was provided or made available to Purchaser or its representatives in any “data rooms,” “virtual data rooms,” management presentations or in any other form in expectation of, or in connection with, the Transactions prior to the date of this Agreement.
