Common use of MADP and QADP Rights Clause in Contracts

MADP and QADP Rights. Pursuant to SA 19, Attachment B and Attachment C to the Rights Letter are hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised Attachment B (R1) and Attachment C (R1) attached hereto and hereby made part of the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights and QADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R1) and Attachment C (R1) hereto.

MADP and QADP Rights. Pursuant to SA 1925, Attachment B (R6) and to SA 23 Attachment C (R3) to the Rights Letter are hereby replaced in its their entirety with the revised Attachment B (R1R7) and Attachment C (R1R4) attached hereto and hereby made part of the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights and QADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R1R7) and Attachment C (R1R4) hereto.
