Common use of Mail and Communications Clause in Contracts

Mail and Communications. From and after the Closing Date, Seller shall promptly remit or refer to Buyer any mail or other communications, including, without limitation, any written inquiries, relating to the Trademarks Assets which are received by Seller from and after the Closing for a period of six (6) years from the date hereof.
