Common use of Mail of Debtor; Endorsement of Checks Clause in Contracts

Mail of Debtor; Endorsement of Checks. For the purpose of enforcing Secured Party's rights under this Security Agreement, receive and open mail addressed to Debtor, and endorse notes, checks, drafts, money orders, documents of title or other forms of payment on behalf and in the name of Debtor.
