No Endorsement. Nothing in this Public License constitutes or may be construed as permission to assert or imply that You are, or that Your use of the Licensed Material is, connected with, or sponsored, endorsed, or granted official status by, the Licensor or others designated to receive attribution as provided in Section 3(a)(1)(A)(i).

No Endorsement. Holder understands that no federal or state securities administrator has made any finding or determination relating to the fairness of investment in the Company or purchase of the Common Stock hereunder and that no federal or state securities administrator has recommended or endorsed the offering of securities by the Company hereunder.
No Endorsement. 27.1 The Client must not (without the prior written consent of the Company): (a) make any reference, comment or statement either written or oral, that could be construed as an endorsement by the Company of the Client or of the Client’s products or services; or (b) refer to the Company or the services provided by the Company to the Client in any publication, promotional or advertising material. 27.2 The Client acknowledges that: (a) the Company will treat the obligation provided by the Client to the Company in clause 27.1 as a serious undertaking; and (b) it is aware that any breach of this serious undertaking may result in the Company suffering damage.

Except for pages whose design and content is under the control of the Agency, or for links to or promotion of such pages, Company agrees not to display any Agency or government seals or logos on the Company's homepage or elsewhere on the Company Site, unless permission to do has been granted by the Agency or by other relevant federal government authority. Company may list the Agency's name in a publicly available customer list so long as the name is not displayed in a more prominent fashion than that of any other third party name.
