Mail Service Interruption. If the Trustee determines that mail service is or is threatened to be interrupted at the time when the Trustee is required or elects to give any notice to the Holders hereunder, the Trustee shall, notwithstanding the provisions hereof, give such notice by means of publication in The Globe and Mail, national edition, or any other English language daily newspaper or newspapers of general circulation in Canada and, if TCPL Sub Notes were initially distributed in the United States, in the Wall Street Journal or another financial newspaper of general circulation in New York, New York, once in each of two successive weeks, and notice so published shall be deemed to have been given on the latest date on which the first publication has taken place. If, by reason of any actual or threatened interruption of mail service due to strike, lock-out or otherwise, any notice to be given to the Trustee or to the Issuer would be unlikely to reach its destination in a timely manner, such notice shall be valid and effective only if delivered personally in accordance with sections 10.1 or 10.3, as the case may be.
