MAILBOX/MAIL SERVICE USE. The CEA shall be authorized to use inter-school mail service and teachers' mailboxes for dispersal of Association materials. Such materials shall be dispersed at the discretion of the CEA representatives. A courtesy copy may be given to the Superintendent.
