Common use of Mailing of Notice of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Mailing of Notice of Amendment. Any provision in this Article for the mailing of a notice or other paper to Note Owners shall be fully complied with if it is mailed postage prepaid (i) to each owner of Notes then outstanding at such owner's address if any appearing upon the registry books of the Trustee and (ii) to the Trustee.

Mailing of Notice of Amendment. Any provision in this Article for the mailing of a notice or other paper to Note Owners owners of Bonds shall be fully complied with if it is mailed postage prepaid only (i) to each owner Registered Owner of Notes then outstanding Outstanding Bonds at such owner's address his address, if any any, appearing upon the registry registration books maintained by the City at the Designated Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee Trustee, and (ii) to the Trustee.

Mailing of Notice of Amendment. Any provision in of this Article IX for the mailing of a notice or other paper to Note Owners Bondholders shall be fully complied with if it is mailed postage prepaid (i) to each owner registered Owner of Notes Bonds then outstanding Outstanding at such owner's address its address, if any any, appearing upon the registry books of the Trustee Authority and (ii) to the Trustee, provided it shall not be effective as to the Trustee until it is received by a Responsible Officer of the Trustee.
