Mailing of Settlement Payments. The Settlement Administrator will distribute Settlement Payments to Settlement Class Members by U.S. first class mail or a direct method, such as through Paypal (if that method is selected by a Settlement Class Member on their Claim Form), no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date or as soon as reasonably practicable.
