A Settlement Sample Clauses
A Settlement clause defines the terms and conditions under which parties agree to resolve a dispute or claim, typically outside of court. It outlines the obligations of each party, such as payment amounts, timelines, and any actions required to fulfill the agreement. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their responsibilities, thereby preventing further legal action and providing a final resolution to the matter in question.
