Common use of Mailing Clause in Contracts

Mailing. Any provision in this Article X for the mailing of a notice or other paper to Registered Owners shall be fully complied with if it is mailed postage prepaid only (i) to each Registered Owner of the Bonds then Outstanding at its address, if any, appearing upon the registration books for the Bonds maintained by the Master Trustee and (ii) to the Master Trustee.

Mailing.
