Communication under the Agreement (e.g,. information, requests, submissions, formal notifications, etc.) must: (a) be carried out in English; (b) be made in writing (including electronic form); (c) be primarily carried out between the Representatives as specified in Clause10.4 or otherwise notified to each other.

Additionally, all copies of those e-mail messages shall be sent to the Parties’ Representatives.
