Maine Listings Obligations. Maine Listings hereby grants to Participant a non-exclusive, perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free, license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, display, perform and license (including sublicenses through multiple tiers) the Participant Contribution and those portions of the Maine Listings Database relating to Participant’s listings. Maine Listings shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make periodic registrations of the Maine Listings’ copyrights in the Maine Listings Database; Maine Listings shall employ commercially reasonable efforts to detect and hinder third parties using the Participant Contribution without Participant’s permission.
