Maintain Name of Trust. The Advisor will maintain the name "Iowa Public Agency Investment Trust" and assigns all right, title and interest in this name to the Trust and agrees to relinquish any and all right to use of this name by assignment or otherwise upon the termination of this Agreement or extension thereof.
