Maintain Records and Books. The Trustees shall maintain a duplicate set of current, accurate and complete records and books and ledgers of the Trust and its Accounts. The Trustees, in cooperation with the Community Council, shall make appropriate custodial arrangements to safeguard the duplicate set of records and books and ledgers of the Trust and its Accounts and provide reasonable access thereto to Residents.
