Promptly following execution of this Agreement Maintel shall appoint a Maintel Project Manager to control the implementation and delivery of ICON Communicate in accordance with Xxxxxxx’s PRINCE2 compliant methodology. This methodology consists of five key phases: • Initiation Phase; • Planning Phase; • Execution Phase • Monitor and Control Phase • Closure and Transition to Production Phase.
