Maintenance Activities. In recognition of their obligation to respond to winter maintenance call outs, the Employer agrees to pay a stipend of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per week to certain employees from the pay period that includes the first day in November through the pay period that includes the last day of March each year in accordance with the following conditions:

Maintenance Activities. In order to ensure smooth and uninterrupted use of the Project Facility during normal operating conditions regular and periodic maintenance activities would need to be carried out by the Concessionaire. Heavy maintenance shall preferably be done in the night hours or public holidays.
Maintenance Activities. 3.1.1. SAP performs regular scheduled maintenance activities to maintain OS security patch levels, database and application patches, infrastructure (network, compute, storage) maintenance and other scheduled proactive activities. Vehicle Detector Station (VDS) Equipment - Contractor will perform, inspect and/or evaluate items including, but not limited to: re-calibrate all VDS units to be within the accuracy tolerance per the manufacturer's recommendation for volume and speed, battery unit, detector unit, detector pole, mounting brackets, associated junction box/cabinet, communications and network equipment, power equipment, grounding and surge protection devices, cables, UPS and batteries, conflict monitors, battery backup system locations, battery rotation and other ancillary equipment. Trailblazer Signs (TBS) – Contractor will perform, inspect and/or evaluate items including, but not limited to: controller, mounting brackets, associated cabinet, communications and network equipment, power equipment, grounding and surge protection devices, cables, UPS and batteries, and other ancillary equipment. Maintenance Activities. R&M shall conduct maintenance at the Terminal in such a manner as to avoid or reasonably minimize any disruptions in service to PES. R&M shall provide PES with as much advance notice as may be reasonably practicable of any maintenance that will affect PES’s operations.
Maintenance Activities. The Concessionaire acknowledges that the supply of water may need to be temporarily discontinued or reduced as a result of required maintenance, repair or replacement of Retained Water Supply System equipment or other assets. The City shall notify the Concessionaire as far as advance as reasonably possible (which shall, at a minimum, be seven days, except in the event of an emergency) of any planned maintenance, repair or replacement to minimize, to the extent reasonably possible, the impact of such disruption on the Concessionaire.
