Maintenance Activities. In order to ensure smooth and uninterrupted use of the Project Facility during normal operating conditions regular and periodic maintenance activities would need to be carried out by the Concessionaire. Heavy maintenance shall preferably be done in the night hours or public holidays.
Maintenance Activities. In recognition of their obligation to respond to winter maintenance call outs, the Employer agrees to pay a stipend of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per week to certain employees from the pay period that includes the first day in November through the pay period that includes the last day of March each year in accordance with the following conditions:
a. The stipend shall be paid to those employees who are determined by the Employer to be routinely engaged in winter maintenance and ancillary activities and are on the Employer’s winter maintenance call out list.
b. Other employees who are not routinely engaged in winter maintenance and ancillary activities but who possess a Commercial Driver’s License may volunteer for placement on the winter maintenance call out list, provided that any employee who refuses a call to perform winter maintenance and ancillary duties may be removed from the list, may cease to receive the stipend, and may be required to reimburse the Employer for stipends received since the date of the last winter maintenance call out.
c. Employees defined in paragraph (a.) above who obtain and maintain a valid CDL medical card and provide an acceptable copy to the NHDOT’s Driver Qualifications Specialist shall receive an additional ten dollars ($10) per week in accordance with the above provisions.
Maintenance Activities. For the duration of Betty Blocks Service Premium, Betty Blocks shall perform no other than the following maintenance activities on Client's behalf:
i) the correction of minor faults (bugs) detected in the software by Client which are reproducible; ii) preventative maintenance.
Maintenance Activities. SAP performs regular scheduled maintenance activities to maintain OS security patch levels, database and application patches, infrastructure (network, compute, storage) maintenance and other scheduled proactive activities. Such maintenance activities will be reasonably scheduled for a date, time and duration mutually agreed (in the Order Form or in advance of such activities) between SAP and Customer (“Scheduled Downtime”) based on requirements and resources. If Customer fails to cooperate with the scheduling and/or performance of such maintenance activities in a timely manner as recommended by SAP, Customer shall be solely responsible for any issues in the Cloud Service, including unexpected downtime.
Maintenance Activities. Maintenance and support will be addressed in accordance with Appendix A to this Exhibit.
Maintenance Activities. The following subsections describe the types of Maintenance Activities that must be performed. All Maintenance Activity types described below shall be performed by or under the direction of the SP.

Maintenance Activities. It may be necessary for TRIVEC to perform scheduled or unscheduled repairs or maintenance, or remotely patch or upgrade the Product, which may temporarily degrade the quality of the services or result in a partial or complete outage of the Product. TRIVEC will endeavour to carry out such repairs or maintenance during times that will cause the least disruptions to Customer’s business. Customer shall cooperate, if necessary, to perform maintenance or repair work.
Maintenance Activities. List and describe a suite of maintenance actions for the Project site based on your understanding of anticipated problems that are likely to or may occur at the Project site. All restoration sites are expected to require ongoing maintenance in order to maximize performance and the life of the project.
Maintenance Activities. R&M shall conduct maintenance at the Terminal in such a manner as to avoid or reasonably minimize any disruptions in service to PES. R&M shall provide PES with as much advance notice as may be reasonably practicable of any maintenance that will affect PES’s operations.
