Maintenance and Customer Tampering. WIN shall be solely responsible for the maintenance of equipment and facilities owned or otherwise controlled by it and shall use reasonable efforts to maintain facilities and equipment that it provides to Customer. Customer shall not, nor permit others to, rearrange, disconnect, remove, attempt to repair or otherwise interfere with any of the facilities or equipment installed by WIN, except upon the written consent of WIN.
