The Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries shall not without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent in each case, solicit or otherwise incent customers or others to accelerate any payments which were not currently due under any maintenance agreement, service agreement, statement of work, master service agreement, hardware agreement, hosted service agreement, license agreement, or contract.
