Maintenance Agreement. The parties will abide by the terms of the Maintenance Agreement including the capacity to dispute the classification in accordance with the Maintenance Agreement (Information Appendix C).
Maintenance Agreement. This provision applies to any maintenance agreements or provisions. Vendor will perform maintenance using skilled maintenance personnel under Vendor’s supervision. The maintenance personnel will employ all reasonable care to see that the goods and services are maintained in proper operating condition. Vendor undertakes to perform the services in conformity with the usual applied standards, and, unless otherwise agreed, all materials and equipment needed by Vendor to carry out the work to be performed by Vendor under this agreement will be furnished by Vendor at Vendor’s expense.

Maintenance Services includes problem determinations, reasonable problem resolutions, provisioning of software program temporary fixes and new releases. Maintenance Services shall also include the additional Maintenance Service terms expressly set forth in writing in the Purchase Order delivered by Customer, which are hereby incorporated herein by reference. Maintenance Services shall entitle Customer to receive, at no additional cost, all Updates.
Maintenance Agreement. A. Members of District Council No. 36 shall be allowed to work for City, County, State and Federal agencies without such employers being signatories to this Agreement. They shall also be allowed to work for automotive, sign and pictorial, marine, production shop, carpet and linoleum and maintenance employers signed to appropriate agreements with District Council No. 36.
B. It is agreed and understood that employer signatories hereto shall have the privilege of signing a maintenance contract negotiated with District Council No. 36, with any establishment under comparable terms and conditions as those now in existence with similar establishments. It is further agreed and understood that signatory employers to this Agreement shall be privileged to sign comparable agreements negotiated with District Council No. 36, with those establishments now under maintenance contract at the expiration of the existing contract, and that all employees involved in such contracts shall be employed and any additional employees must be members of District Council No. 36.
Maintenance Agreement. The governing body of any city having a population of less than 5,000 may enter into an agreement with the county board of the county in which it is located for the maintenance of and snow removal from any county state-aid highway within the corporate limits of the city. The agreement may provide that the maintenance and snow removal be performed by the county board at the sole expense of the county, or that the city perform the snow removal and maintenance and the county pay to the city an amount determined in accordance with the provisions of subdivision 4 hereof.
