Maintenance and Operation of Hydro-Québec Power Resources. Seller shall, at all times during the Term and as necessary for it to perform its obligations under this Agreement, cause the Hydro-Québec Power Resources and the Québec Line to be maintained and operated in accordance with Good Utility Practice. As between Buyer and Seller, Seller shall bear all costs related thereto. Seller or its Affiliates may contract with other Persons to provide operation and maintenance functions, so long as Seller or its Affiliates maintain overall control over the operation and maintenance of the Hydro-Québec Power Resources throughout the Term.
