Maintenance Expenses. Buyer hereby agrees to reimburse Seller on the Closing Date, if and only if Close of Escrow occurs, for costs to maintain the property (the “Maintenance Expenses”) from the Effective Date through the Closing Date in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per month. Maintenance Expenses include, but are not limited to, costs to fence the property, weed abatement and graffiti removal.
Maintenance Expenses. Maintenance expenses (routine maintenance and exceptional maintenance) of the materiel, equipment and facilities dedicated to Petroleum Operations shall be booked to Petroleum Costs at actual cost.
Maintenance Expenses. Consumers shall reimburse Transmission Owner for all direct and indirect costs and expenses (including but not limited to inspection, repair and replacement) incurred by Transmission Owner in maintaining Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Assets, to the extent that Transmission Owner is not otherwise recovering such costs and expenses under an existing tariff or rate schedule which has been filed by Transmission Provider or Transmission Owner and accepted by FERC. Such costs and expenses shall be determined by Transmission Owner in accordance with the standard practices and policies followed by Transmission Provider or Transmission Owner for the performance of work for others in effect at the time such operation work is performed. Payment by Consumers shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of this Agreement.
Maintenance Expenses. During the Term (as defined in Section 3 below) of this Agreement, subject to Section 2(c) below, Duke Energy and/or its contractors shall maintain and repair the Equipment at Duke Energy’s expense. Duke Energy shall repair the Equipment promptly following notification from Host. Duke Energy shall have the right to repair, modify or replace the Equipment at any time during the Term of this Agreement. Duke Energy shall schedule access for installation, maintenance and repairs during a mutually agreeable time, except in emergency situations. During the Term, Duke Energy shall be responsible for all installation, maintenance and repair, and operational costs associated with the Equipment and shall pay all network access fees required for the Program to the Network Provider. (the “Property”);
Maintenance Expenses. In accordance with Articles 5.3 and 5.4 and subject to Article 5.14, Generator shall be responsible for all expenses associated with maintaining and repairing/replacing the Interconnected Facilities. The Operating Agent agrees to provide Generator in June of each year with its best estimate of the costs required to operate and maintain the EPE Interconnection Facilities over the next twelve (12) months. The Operating Agent will notify Generator in advance of any increase in the cost of work to be performed if the total amount increases by twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the estimate provided to Generator. Any such increase shall be subject to Generator's authorization, which shall not be unreasonably delayed, withheld or denied. In accordance with Article 5.4.4, EPE shall be responsible for all expenses associated with maintaining and repairing/replacing Interconnection System Upgrades on the EPE Transmission System after the Operation Date.

Maintenance Expenses. Lessee shall be responsible for all expenses that shall result as a part of the normal wear and tear of the automobile. Lessee also agrees to comply with the Lessor’s requirements of Maintenance of the Vehicle such as tire rotation and replacement, replacement of air filter, replacements of hoses clamps, belts, spark plugs, oil changes, which Mobil 1 Full Synthetic Oil must be used.
