Common use of Maintenance Facilities and Support Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Facilities and Support. It is preferred that each contractor should have maintenance facilities and a support system available for servicing and repair of product and/or equipment. If a third party is to be used to provide maintenance and support to the participating Member, Vendor must notify Region 10 ESC of that third party information. All technicians, applicators, installers shall be fully certified, trained and licensed to perform said duties.
