Maintenance Programme. (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.
Maintenance Programme. 17.4.1 On or before COD and no later than 45 (forty five) days prior to the beginning of each Accounting Year during the Operation Period, as the case may be, the Concessionaire shall provide to the Authority and the Independent Engineer, its proposed annual programme of preventive, urgent and other scheduled maintenance (the “Maintenance Programme”) to comply with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and Safety Requirements. Such Maintenance Programme shall include: (a) preventive maintenance schedule; (b) arrangements and procedures for carrying out urgent repairs; (c) criteria to be adopted for deciding maintenance needs; (d) intervals and procedures for carrying out inspection of all elements of the Bus Terminal; (e) intervals at which the Concessionaire shall carry out periodic maintenance; (f) arrangements and procedures for carrying out safety related measures; and (g) intervals for major maintenance works and the scope thereof. 17.4.2 Within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the Maintenance Programme, the Independent Engineer shall review the same and convey its comments to the Concessionaire with particular reference to its conformity with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and Safety Requirements. 17.4.3 The Concessionaire may modify the Maintenance Programme as may be reasonable in the circumstances, and the procedure specified in Clauses 17.4.1 and 17.4.2 shall apply mutatis mutandis to such modifications.

Such Maintenance Programme shall include: (a) preventive maintenance schedule; (b) arrangements and procedures for carrying out urgent repairs; (c) criteria to be adopted for deciding maintenance needs; (d) intervals and procedures for carrying out inspection of all elements of the Silo Complex; (e) intervals at which the Concessionaire shall carry out periodic maintenance; (f) arrangements and procedures for carrying out safety related measures; (g) intervals for major maintenance works and the scope thereof; and (h) intervals of carrying out intermediate and periodic overhaul of the equipment. Provided that the Maintenance Programme shall not schedule any closure or overhaul at any time during the Harvest Season. 12.4.2. Within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the Maintenance Programme, the IE&A shall review the same and convey its comments to the Concessionaire with particular reference to its conformity with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and Safety Requirements. 12.4.3. The Concessionaire may modify the Maintenance Programme as may be reasonable in the circumstances, and the procedure specified in Clauses 12.4.1 and 12.4.2 shall apply mutatis mutandis to such modifications. 12.4.4. Any maintenance carried out by the Concessionaire as per the Maintenance Programme under this Clause 12.4 and as notified to the Authority under the provisions of Clause 19.1.1 shall be deemed to be scheduled maintenance (the “Scheduled Maintenance”). For the avoidance of doubt, any closure, suspension or reduction of Capacity arising out of Scheduled Maintenance shall be deemed as Non-Availability of storage Capacity.

Maintenance Programme. (a) Prior to the Expiry Date and upon Lessor's request, Lessee will provide Lessor or its agent reasonable access to the Agreed Maintenance Programme and the Aircraft Documents in order to facilitate the Aircraft's integration into any subsequent operator's fleet; (b) Lessee will, if requested by Lessor to do so, upon return of the Aircraft deliver to Lessor a certified true current and complete copy of the Agreed Maintenance Programme together with a letter authorising Lessor to use such copy for "bridging" purposes for the next lessee of the Aircraft. Such Maintenance Programme shall include: (a) preventive maintenance schedule; (b) arrangements and procedures for carrying out urgent repairs; (c) criteria to be adopted for deciding maintenance needs; (d) intervals and procedures for carrying out inspection of all elements of the Project; (e) intervals at which the Concessionaire shall carry out periodic maintenance; (f) arrangements and procedures for carrying out safety related measures; (g) intervals for major maintenance works and the scope thereof; and (h) frequency of carrying out intermediate and periodic overhaul of electrical, mechanical and other systems. 17.4.2 Within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the Maintenance Programme, the Independent Expert shall review the same and convey its comments to the Concessionaire with particular reference to its conformity with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and EHS Requirements. 17.4.3 The Concessionaire may modify the Maintenance Programme as may be reasonable in the circumstances, and the procedure specified in Clauses 17.4.1 and 17.4.2 shall apply mutatis mutandis to such modifications.
Maintenance Programme. (a) Not later than forty five (45) days before the beginning of each Accounting Year, the Concessionaire shall provide to NGS/SMC, its proposed programme of preventive and other scheduled maintenance of the Project subject to the Minimum Maintenance Requirements set forth in Schedule H necessary to maintain the Project at all times in conformity with the Specifications and Standards (the "Maintenance Programme"). Such Maintenance Programme shall include but not be limited to the following: i. intervals and procedures for the carrying out of inspection of all elements of the Project; ii. criteria to be adopted for deciding maintenance needs; iii. preventive maintenance schedule; iv. intervals at which the Concessionaire shall carry out periodic maintenance; and v. intervals for major maintenance and the scope thereof. (b) Maintenance shall include replacement of equipment, consumables, horticultural maintenance and repairs to flooring, finishing, ceiling, roofs, equipment, pavements, structures and other civil works which are part of the Project/ Project Facility. (c) The Concessionaire shall keep the Project Facility in a clean, tidy and orderly condition free of litter and debris.
