Maintenance Log. Provider will keep and maintain, in accordance with Prudent Industry Standards, a separate maintenance log for each Covered Project in a paper or electronic format (“Maintenance Log”). The Maintenance Log will contain, among other things, descriptions of maintenance services performed by Provider, follow-up activities, if any, that are required, material and equipment costs, and other information relevant to Provider’s maintenance activities. Provider shall furnish to the Company the Maintenance Log upon the Company’s request and immediately prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, provided that Provider shall not be obligated to furnish to the Company the Maintenance Log more than once per calendar year unless such request is in connection with the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.
Maintenance Log. CONTRACTOR shall maintain a maintenance log for all Collection vehicles. The log shall at all times be accessible to the DISTRICT by physical inspection upon request of Contract Administrator, and shall show, at a minimum, each vehicles CONTRACTOR assigned identification number, date purchased or leased, dates of performance of routine maintenance, dates of performance of any additional maintenance, and description of additional maintenance performed.
Maintenance Log. The Vendor shall maintain, at the Customer’s site (with a copy thereof furnished to Customer at Customer’s request) a written maintenance and repair log and record therein each incident of equipment defect or malfunction, the date, time, and duration of all maintenance work performed on the equipment, and a description of the cause for the work, either by description of the defect or malfunction or as regular maintenance and diagnostic reports of correction, adjustments, or updates. The information in the log shall be aggregated into a management report which shall be provided on a monthly basis or as otherwise indicated to the Customer.
Maintenance Log. CONTRACTOR shall maintain a maintenance log for all 33 Collection vehicles. The log shall at all times be accessible to CITY by physical inspection upon 34 request of City Representative, and shall show, at a minimum, each vehicle’s CONTRACTOR 35 assigned identification number, date purchased or initial lease, dates of performance of routine 36 maintenance, dates of performance of any additional maintenance, and description of additional 37 maintenance performed.
Maintenance Log. FRANCHISEE shall maintain a maintenance log for all collection vehicles. The log shall at all times be accessible to TOWN by physical inspection upon request of Town Representative, and shall show, at a minimum, each collection vehicle’s FRANCHISEE assigned identification number, date purchased or initial lease, dates of performance of routine maintenance, dates of performance of any additional maintenance, a copy of the most recent BIT inspection report, and description of additional maintenance performed.
Maintenance Log. 29 CONTRACTOR shall maintain a maintenance log for all collection 30 vehicles. The log shall at all times be accessible to CITY via computer, or by 31 physical inspection upon request of the City Representative, and shall show, at a 32 minimum, each vehicle’s CONTRACTOR-assigned identification number, date 33 purchased or initial lease, dates of performance of routine maintenance, dates of 34 performance of any additional maintenance, and description of additional 35 maintenance performed.

The log shall at all times be accessible to CITY via 25 computer, or by physical inspection upon request of the City Representative, and shall 26 show, at a minimum, each vehicle’s CONTRACTOR-assigned identification number, 27 date purchased or initial lease, dates of performance of routine maintenance, dates of 28 performance of any additional maintenance, and description of additional maintenance 29 performed.
Maintenance Log. A Grease Interceptor Cleaning Record Maintenance Log indicating each pumping shall be maintained by the Contractor. This log shall include the date, time of service, amount pumped, condition of equipment (including parts and lift pump stations), recommendations for repairs if any, hauler name, and disposal of recycling information including receipts. In addition, photographs of pre and post interceptor cleaning and items recommended for repair (if possible) shall be provided for each service visit. The log shall be updated at each service and made immediately available by the Contractor to the Xxxx Xxxxx Airport representative upon request.
