Reserve Equipment. The CONTRACTOR shall have available to it, at all times, a reasonable number of reserve Collection equipment which can, to the extent needed to complete the Collection route, be dispatched within one (1) hour of any breakdown. Such reserve equipment shall correspond in size and capacity to the equipment used by the CONTRACTOR to perform the contractual duties.

CONTRACTOR shall maintain an office in Sonoma 1953 County that provides walk-in and telephone access using a local number to Service 1954 Recipients, residents and businesses of the Town and is staffed by trained and experienced 1955 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). 1956 13.02.1 Such office shall be equipped with sufficient telephones and the 1957 number of incoming phone lines that all Collection Service related calls received during 1958 normal business hours are answered within five (5) rings. 1959 13.02.2 Such office shall have responsible persons in charge during 1960 collection hours and shall be open during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on 1961 regularly scheduled Work Days (Monday through Friday) and when SFD holiday service is 1962 scheduled to be provided on Saturdays. 1963 13.02.3 CONTRACTOR shall provide either a telephone answering service, 1964 mechanical voicemail device, or email to receive Service Recipient inquiries during those 1965 times when the office is closed. Inquiries, calls and voicemail received after normal 1966 business hours shall be addressed the next Work Day morning. 1967 13.02.4 CONTRACTOR shall also provide a physical location within Sonoma 1968 County that Service Recipients may pay bills, obtain service information, and/or change, 1969 start, or stop Collection Services. CONTRACTOR shall provide e-mail and telephonic notice to the 963 CITY Representative at the beginning of any service day where CONTRACTOR will be using a 964 reserve vehicle. In the event that use of a non-clean air Cart collection reserve vehicle is 965 required during the course of a working day, CONTRACTOR shall provide telephonic and e-mail 966 notice to the CITY representative within one (1) hour of the regular Cart collection vehicle 967 becoming inoperable. In the event that a non-clean air Cart collection reserve vehicle is used 968 on more that twenty (20) service days during any Agreement Year, CONTRACTOR shall 969 provide a written report to CITY discussing its maintenance program for clean air Cart collection 970 vehicles, identifying maintenance and performance problems encountered with these vehicles, 971 and proposing measures to assure continued reliability of these vehicles.
